This project consisted of total demolition and reconstruction of the fifth floor of the Waldschmidt Hall on the University Campus. The 100-year-old building is the oldest building on campus. This floor was previously used for storage. Completed, it houses the offices of the Public Relations and Publications Departments of the University. During the renovation, the lower floors of the Hall remained occupied. In addition to the challenges of the renovation, Schommer & Sons successfully kept the remaining occupants provided with all building services on an uninterrupted basis.
