This project consists of a school and church-wide renovation bringing the existing buildings up to the "Standard Q" in accordance with the City of Portland's current requirements for fire, life and safety. Also included was an addition of new classroom facilities, renovation and reconfiguration of existing space of other classrooms and handicap restrooms. Also added was an exterior courtyard complete with landscaping, fencing, gates and playground facilities.

In order to accommodate the owners' needs, this entire project was done during the summer. The project was completed on time and within the budget utilizing Schommer & Sons personnel throughout all phases of construction.
