St. Andrew Nativity School is a Catholic and Jesuit middle school dedicated to offering low-income students of all faiths an academically challenging, values-oriented curriculum in a highly structured environment.

The project started with a renovation of a 1920's school building. Renovations to the plumbing and electrical systems were completed. A storage closet was turned into an elevator for ADA compliance. A new multi-purpose room complete with sinks to be used for science experiments, a library ready to accept contributed books, a computer laboratory complete with local-area-network and classrooms were updated with new finishes to make the school an inviting place to learn. New walkways were poured and landscaping added to the exterior.

A new staircase and entryway was built to showcase the school and provide direct access to the second floor of the building where the classrooms are located. Construction was completed on time (during a three-month period) allowing the first class of students to start in their brand new classrooms uninterrupted.
