Design Build restoration and development of 47 acre farm property. Work began with interviewing and selecting planning, engineering and resource consultants. This was followed by the challenge of acquiring land-use and building permits in the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area.

General site work included clearing, new roads and new utilities and installation of a new generator. Construction began with the restoration and upgrade of a 12,000 square foot historic barn, guest cottage and three storage buildings. The final phase construction included a new residence, tennis court, fueling station, horse barn and dog kennel complete with food preparation and grooming facilities for 13 dogs.
