The Southeast Police Precinct project involved the complete remodel and seismic up-grade of an existing Safeway grocery store into a fully active police precinct with associated locker rooms, shower facilities and administrative support offices. Additionally two new holding cells, all new HVAC, seismic upgrade and re-roof, and a complete asphalt overlay with inter-layer water barrier of the existing above grade parking structure were included in the scope of work.

During the construction process, all operations of the Information Services Division (ISD)for the County of Multnomah were maintained without interruption. ISD is responsible for all interagency data operations for the City of Portland, County of Multnomah and various local authorities.
