Complete structural and interior renovation of the historic 1907 St. John's City Hall to Seismic Zone 3, Essential Facilities standards.

This un-reinforced masonry structure was gutted to the exterior walls and roof system and reconstructed with a composite steel moment frame, shotcrete reinforcement of existing foundation walls and complete architectural, mechanical and electrical rebuilds. All work occurred within the constraints of maintaining the historic nature of this registered historic building.
