The Maryhill Museum of Art is on the National Register and considered an icon of Washington State.

This expansion (The Mary and Bruce Stevenson Wing) to the existing Maryhill Museum will include 25,500 square feet of space; 8,425 s.f. underground housing a dedicated education center, exhibits, collections suite, rest rooms, and cafe, and a 1,700 s.f. gallery at ground level linking the existing historic building to the new wing. Exterior spaces, including the plaza and terrace, provide 11,825 s.f. of interpretive space. The project includes 3,545 s.f. of renovated spaces containing galleries, office spaces and the museum store. The project will strive for LEED Gold certification.

Project Cost: $10 million
