This 20,000 square foot poured in place concrete building is situated in the heart of Oregon's wine country. Clad in cedar barn wood and capped with an appropriately styled metal roof, the apparent simplicity of this building belies the complex mechanical, electrical and structural components supporting a state of the art winery. With barrel vaults caved below grade and into the adjacent hillside, the multi level gravity flow design adds to the sophistication of the completed winery facility. Fully jacketed fermentation tanks, state of the art sorting, conveying and processing equipment and a private domestic water system are just a few of the many diverse disciplines that were coordinated to a top quality completion.
