Major mechanical and electrical infrastructure upgrade to a 1960's concrete structure, 114 student room dormitory building. The installation included plumbing and electrical services installed in less than 5% surface mounted configurations. Work involved renovating all student rooms and ancillary support areas. To meet the opening requirements for the new school year, the project was completed in less than 60 days.
