Remodel of all public spaces, including addition of 45,000 square feet of meeting, health club, and Banquet Space. New space construction was composite steel frame with architectural pre-cast concrete and granite cladding. Initial project schedule was 364 calendar days. During the course of the job, more than $1,000,000 in scope additions resulted from concealed friable asbestos abatement, concealed existing structural defect remediation, and Owner scope additions, including a complete remodel of the Grand Ballroom.

The project was completed on the original schedule. The hotel remained open for business throughout the work and achieved record occupancies during and after construction.
