Education Portfolio
The Flavia Hall renovation was a multi-phased conversion of a traditional campus hall to a science building devoted to physical sciences, earth sciences, and chemistry. The con-version included elevator installation and an ADA upgrade to the overall facility as well as exterior renovation of the 1937 structure. As with all other Marylhurst renovations, portions of the facility remained in active use by ongoing campus functions throughout the renovation.
