The project consisted of 7,500 square feet of administrative office (mezzanine), 15,000 square feet of stores facilities space, 20,000 square feet of specialized maintenance facility space including: painting facilities, bridge crane installations and machine shops.

Schommer & Sons crews completed all cast-in-place and precast concrete, finish carpentry, installation of all doors and hardware, and the purchase, placement and start up of $275,000 in machine and shop equipment. The construction system for the project was a concrete foundation, slab on grade, concrete tilt-up walls, and a structural steel roof support system with steel trusses.
