The Oregon Catholic Press Administrative Offices house the publishing staff for one of the world's largest publishers of high-quality worship resources including music and books. The Administrative Offices remodel included a new roof and seismic upgrades, new showcase entry vestibule and reception area, new offices and conference rooms, new restrooms and upgrades to plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems. Finishes chosen by the architect and owner gave the space a sense of polish and professionalism. This was an almost 12,000 square-foot tenant improvement.
